Note:
- Parents should follow the schedule of visiting hours.
- Parents will not be allowed to meet teachers during normal working hours.
- In emergencies, parents can meet the Principal or In-charge with prior appointment and written application.
- Students accompanying parents on PTM/Open Days must wear regular school uniform.
- Parents are not permitted to approach school authorities as a group. All queries must be discussed individually.
General Instructions
- Parents are requested to read and understand the school rules and regulations.
- Update the school office with any change in contact/address information promptly.
- Do not visit classrooms or meet teachers during school hours.
- Phone calls regarding academic matters should be made between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm only.
- School discourages private tuitions and staff are not allowed to take them.
- Ensure your child attends school regularly, on time, and in uniform.
- Check your child’s diary and notebooks daily.
- Sign your ward’s diary regularly.
- Ensure your child appears for all exams.
School Meeting Points
- Parents and staff must always communicate politely and respectfully.
- Attendance in all PTA meetings is mandatory.
- Distribution of sweets/gifts is not allowed. Donating a book to the library with the child’s name is encouraged.
Leave & Medical Guidelines
- For absences under 3 days, send a note to the class teacher.
- For 3+ days, a letter to the Principal is required. Planned leave must be informed in advance.
- Students with communicable diseases must submit a doctor's fitness certificate before returning.
- Parents of children with chronic issues (e.g., asthma) must inform the school and provide emergency contacts.
Fees & Certificates
- School fees must be paid on time for smooth functioning.
- Applications for Bonafide Certificates must be submitted in writing to the school office.
